How do you ship ice cream without it melting?
We pack our ice cream in insulated shipping containers with enough dry ice to keep your pints frozen solid well into the evening of your delivery date.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order leaves our kitchen, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey in real-time.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection of dairy-free frozen desserts made with high-quality ingredients like coconut cream to ensure the same creamy texture as our standard pints.
What is your 'Frozen Delivery Guarantee'?
If your ice cream doesn't arrive frozen, we will either reship your order at no cost or provide a full refund. Please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can add a personalized message that will be printed on the packing slip included in the box.
How should I handle the dry ice in my package?
Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Leave it in the shipping box in a well-ventilated area until it evaporates, or use gloves to move it to a safe outdoor location.
